FormCove installation takes one third of the time and half the materials cost of traditional systems. But this is not all: The flexible material accommodates substrate variations, forming a seamless cove base that seals wall and floor. Traditional coving involves purchasing pre-cut pieces, cutting them to fit, and installing with messy adhesives. FormCove eliminates these problems. Mixed on-site with dry silica sand, the plural component urethane is easily spread with a cove trowel. With a long pot life (10 minutes), the installer can mix a large batch and cover hundreds of feet. Quick cure allows for one-day project completion.
